Course Objective

Increase self-awareness and develop skills to lead and coach associates

Course Content

This one-on-one consulting/coaching is tailored to the needs of each leader. Typically, the format used is as follows:

  • Meet with leader to discuss goals of coaching and process used

  • Conduct 360° interview-style sessions to get feedback on leader — strengths, areas for improvement and overall interpersonal communication climate

  • Analyze and synthesize feedback

  • Give confidential feedback to leader and identify behavioral patterns

  • Identify leader's vision (optional)

  • Develop measurable action plan (optional)

  • Periodic coaching/training over several months (optional)

  • Conduct 360° interviews to measure progress (optional)

Program Details

Information gathered in all coaching and interview sessions is completely confidential. A written report is provided for each leader.
