Meet with leader to discuss goals of coaching and process used
Conduct 360° interview-style sessions to get feedback on leader — strengths, areas for improvement and overall interpersonal communication climate
Analyze and synthesize feedback
Give confidential feedback to leader and identify behavioral patterns
Identify leader's vision (optional)
Develop measurable action plan (optional)
Periodic coaching/training over several months (optional)
Conduct 360° interviews to measure progress (optional)
