Experience and Education:
22 Years of experience in: sales, marketing, sales training, consulting, leadership training, quality improvement. My passion for creating Employee Engagement started by learning what NOT to do at a Fortune 500 company and then learning THE RIGHT THINGs to do by working with consultants who were students of Dr. W. Edwards Deming and experts in his Theory of Profound Knowledge.

I want to hit a golf ball straight (or otherwise) 24-7-365. Partying with friends can catch my attention and I can be easily distracted by fun people who want to do something fun. I like to make people laugh and I have seen evidence of my ability every day.
Donating time to non-profits who want my expertise is one of the most fulfilling experiences.
Making my lovely wife Lori happy; watching my daughters Emily and Erin become more and more successful and independent; golf; theater; the beach; Thomas Sowell; Walter Williams; helping my dogs exercise and behave; golf again!
