Experience and Education:
I have 24 years experience working in the Financial Sector for Citibank, JPMorgan and Brown Brothers Harriman covering a range of business areas, which include Client Services, Custody and Transfer Agency Services.

Along with this business experience I moved into Talent Development and developed extensive experience in designing and delivering training covering the Financial Sector, Client Services and Communication Skills. Through Talent and Development I have discovered Communico and MAGIC Training when working in the Financial Sector and believe truly in the impact it makes to those working in the Client Services.

I have an MBA in International Business from Sacred Heart University Luxembourg and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University Chicago.

Personal Trajectory:
I have been fortunate to have had the chance to play basketball in the BIG TEN at Northwestern University which helped me transition into a Professional Basketball player in Portugal, Luxembourg and German. I have played over 10 years and have coached and now am refereeing in the Luxembourg Basketball League.

I truly believe in helping people become inspired to achieve their full potential. I love learning about different cultures and sharing experiences with everyone I meet.

Virtues:
I truly love to motivate, inspire and learn from people. I always say set your goals high so you can be the best you can be.

Vices:
I love Italian pizza, pasta and all other food. I adore watching Eastenders on BBC.I love going to outdoor markets and trying not to buy anything.

Favorite Project:
My favorite project is to develop myself as a professional coach. Having the opportunity to touch peoples lives and help them achieve their potential is very inspiring for me. This is a current project of transformation for myself.

Special Interests:
I love golfing, cooking and traveling. A couple favorite places are Sagres, Portugal, Hong Kong, Sorrento, Italy and Queenstown, NZ and I can never forget the North Shore of Minnesota.
