Experience and Education:
A learning professional with some 30 years’ experience, I specialize in facilitation and coaching in such areas as emotional intelligence, communication, business writing, presentation, and service excellence. My work is rooted in the philosophy that a single conversation can positively change, build, improve, or restore a relationship.

  • B.S., Business, Marymount College
  • M.Ed. Human Resource Education, Boston University
  • MSCEIT Certified (Mayer, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test)

Personal Trajectory:
In 1990, I chanced upon a customer service training organization (guess who!) that took a chance on a largely inexperienced, but highly passionate (guess who!) wannabe trainer. What a break. Since then, I've known that I love what I do.

Virtues:
I aim to be the best listener and learner I can be.

Vices:
"Real Housewives." French fries. Eating french fries while watching "Real Housewives."

Favorite Project:
Slowing down time. Recently I set a new motto/goal: "Do something novel every day." Whether it's starting a new hobby, meeting a new person or thinking new thoughts, I find it brings me tremendous joy and helps me stay in the present. And that's what makes time slow down.

Special Interest:
Travel, travel and more travel. Plus, reading, tennis, cooking, yoga, hiking, sailing, kayaking, clamming, foraging, arts and crafts, museums, live music, art, beach, laughing.
