I aim to be the best listener and learner I can be.

Slowing down time. Recently I set a new motto/goal: "Do something novel every day." Whether it's starting a new hobby, meeting a new person or thinking new thoughts, I find it brings me tremendous joy and helps me stay in the present. And that's what makes time slow down.
