Experience and Education:
I have been in the training and development field for over 20 years as both a consultant and leader of teams. Some of my great experiences include the Head of training and development for Frontier Communication and the Director of BIC University in Paris with BIC Corporation. Working with Communico has been a wonderful experience for many, many years and I love delivering MAGIC to all types of organizations.

I have also done quite a bit of work in the Organizational Development field with change management, diversity and inclusion, management development and strategic planning.

I hold a bachelors in Psychology and many training certifications including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Personal Trajectory:
I grew up a bit bicultural having been raised in both the North (CT) and the South (KY) so you never know when you’re going to get a ya’ll here and there! I really enjoy helping others learn with the programs I facilitate, it is a great way to make a living.

Outgoing, energetic, friendly, and at times, funny.

Favorite Project:
Establishing a strong Veterans programs at Frontier where we hired, recognized and engaged our Veterans as well as working with Gold Star Families all over the US.

Special Interest:
I do a lot of volunteer work with the Patriot Guard Riders and a critical incident stress team for 1st responders. I am a former police officer and EMT.  My wife and I reside in Connecticut. We have three children, a daughter, a USAF SSGT Loadmaster and two sons, a Myrtle Beach Police Officer and a Trucking Logistics Manager in Enfield, CT
