Joyce Bailey • Training ConsultantExperience and Education:
With a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine, I first spent 12 years working at UNUM in Portland, Maine, learning the disability insurance business.
Next I enjoyed 10 years at Liberty Mutual in Dover, NH, where my gift for employee training and development was discovered and nurtured. It was at Liberty that I began facilitating Communico’s MAGIC program in 1996. Now as in independent training consultant since 2004, I am delighted to continue to work with the incredibly talented Communico team and their outstanding programs.
