This program helps participants to coach in a way that builds performance and relationships at the same time.

Course Objective
Participants will be able to:

  • Draw out associates to take ownership and accountability for their own problems and solutions
  • Practice reflective listening and develop questioning skills to get to the heart of developmental issues
  • Balance giving direct feedback and offering support in a way that motivates
  • Internalize a 4-step model for setting goals and overcoming obstacles to goals
