Process of acquiring modifications in existing knowledge, skills, habits, or tendencies through experience, practice, or exercise.
ex·change (ĭks-chānj')
To give and receive reciprocally; interchange; exchange ideas.
The MAGIC Learning Exchange is a bi-monthly teleconference where you can explore timely topics and learn from the experience of MAGIC clients around the globe.
Each 45-minute call is meant to be a dialogue; a give and take conversation that allows everyone the opportunity to contribute. That is why we have a limit of 20 attendees to allow for participation from all.
We provide two dates for each topic so you have two opportunities to participate in one of these conversations. While we will share our perspective on the topic of the month, we also want to hear your perspective. That's where the real learning takes place—when all are willing to share their experiences as well as their questions and comments.
What Will You Learn?
You'll hear about other organizations' success stories and what works or doesn't work from their experience. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions in a collaborative environment and openly discuss areas of interest as well as issues that keep you up at night, such as recognition and reward, calibration and monitoring, leadership buy-in and maximizing training results. Or, topics of your choosing.
It's all about learning and the exchange of ideas, so we are always open to your suggestions. In fact, we encourage your input so that this process works for you.
