Diane Berenbaum, a Senior Vice President of Communico Ltd., has helped foster and build strong, long-lasting client relationships for the company.

Diane's work in the fields of marketing, communication, and customer service training and development spans more than twenty-five years. She continues to work with a large array of clients in a variety of industries. She has partnered with many leading companies, including Anthem BCBS, Convergys Corporation, K. Hovnanian Homes, Assurant, Evenflo, Johns Hopkins HealthCare, Liberty Mutual, Wyndham Vacation Ownership and ABN AMRO Bank (Switzerland).

Diane has authored and coauthored numerous articles and has delivered customer service training and coaching to both senior leadership teams and front-line associates.

Diane holds an M.B.A from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Tom Larkin, a Senior Vice President of Communico Ltd., is an authority on customer service initiatives and customer relations training and development.

Tom's work in the training and education field spans more than thirty years. Tom has been interviewed on both radio and television concerning communication skills and customer relations. He has personally worked with many leading service companies including JPMorgan Chase, CitiMortgage, ING Financial, Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo, and the New York Stock Exchange. Tom has worked with companies in Europe and has recently consulted with call centers in India to provide quality monitoring programs for one of the new world's leading banks.

Tom holds a B.A. in communication arts with a minor in marketing from Arizona State and an M.A. in counseling psychology from Lewis and Clark. He is currently a faculty member with Fairfield University's Department of Communications.
