Experience and Education:
20 years of experience, in the performance improvement world. I broke ground as director of training at a telecommunications company and planted deep roots as a service excellence leader at Achieve Global. I have an expertise in training, coaching, executive consulting and change management with companies like Motorola, Honeywell, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Sprint and Bell Canada. After competing against Communico and developing a respect for their customer's loyalty, I am thrilled to be the most recent member of the Communico team where I'm learning first hand, just how MAGIC makes a strategic difference within organizations.
Personal Trajectory:
My passion is making sure the soil is balanced for the plant to develop to its fullest potential. Whether it is mentoring at the local grade schools, working with challenged young adults, providing shelter and assistance for low income families or working within major business operations, this same principle applies. My fulfillment is derived by working and living in a place that is all about dynamic growth and individuals flourishing in an atmosphere that enables and empowers.

Vices:
Chocolate fondue, chick flicks and starting large projects at home that always need the hubbie to complete.
Favorite Project:
The Shepherd Center, a combined thrift store, pantry, food kitchen and social services center for the homeless and low income families in west Florida. It's my favorite place to give my time and my energy. Recently, I managed the complete revamp of the store and the food pantry through donations from local stores and labor from area service clubs
Special Interests:
Yoga, it clears my head… running it keeps my feet on the ground…. Gardening, it keeps me connected to the earth.
