Patty Mathieu • Training Consultant
Education/Experience:
My father kept asking me why he paid so much for my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Education if I wasn't going to use it. I repeatedly reminded him that selling computer services was, in fact, education. He started to see the payoff when I was responsible for Sales Training and the Management Training and Development for several technology companies. By 1991 I was fully engaged in Training and Development for leadership and management as a consultant and was learning right along with my clients. I was introduced to Communico and saw an alignment in values and direction, so, I've been associated as an independent consultant ever since.
Personal Trajectory:
My path of learning and sharing is endless. I see myself as a coach - helping people to achieve what's possible and what some may say is not. This happens in a consulting project, training or coaching session and in my home community. This is what really lights me up...
Virtues:
Seeing the best in people, listening and finding FUN in all that I do.
Vices:
I don't like playing "political games".
