Experience:
With a degree in psychology and a strong disposition not to enter into the world of business, I have spent the last 25+ years successfully in the world of business leveraging an extensive background in all aspects of office management and administration, process development and improvement, six sigma deployments and training support, event planning, and human resources.

Personal Trajectory:
25+ years later, I learned that it's the relationships, adding value, balance and continued growth/learning that matter most to me. Though I am no longer the newest member of Communico, I continue to be thrilled to be here – from day one I have been welcomed and felt at home. I look forward to contributing, growing, being challenged, and sharing in this wonderfully encouraging environment. I rejoice in knowing I'm where I'm supposed to be.

Virtues:
a) When listening to my spiritual side, I'm quite clear that it's not about me. Life is peaceful, runs more smoothly; b) willingness to be reflective and consider changing.

Vices:
Human side quite annoyingly proclaims, “of course it's about you!” interfering with my tranquility. Fortunately, virtue “b” kicks in. Interesting catch-22 going on but it keeps one humble.

Favorite Project:
Coming alongside women in need through a Women's Lay Pastoral Ministry. Consists of ongoing training and one-on-one sessions, being blessed by witnessing first hand God's healing and redemptive powers. 

Special Interest:
Being a cheerleader/supporter/teacher/student/companion/nurturer/leader/follower and all around “enjoyer” of my incredible husband and ever surprising, delightful two sons.
